Sarah Ladd

Designated High School Science

Mrs. Ladd is a graduate of University of Pittsburg, PA where she majored in Biology and Psychology.  While she was at Pitt, she took a semester to sail on a tall ship and conduct research in the Caribbean through a Program call Sea Education Semester (SEA).  After getting her undergraduate degree she worked at the Franklin Park Zoo in Boston, MA in the Education Department for 5 years.  She then went on to get her Master’s in Education at University of Massachusetts in Boston.  She moved to San Diego and has been teaching in traditional and charter public schools for the past 5 years.  Mrs. Ladd loves science and is thrilled to share her passion for uncovering the world’s secrets.

Mrs. Ladd loves spending time with her two children who keep her very busy at home.  She also enjoys running, hiking, biking, surfing, and cooking.
